The eye pencil are really nice.. Easy to use for the waterline, also you can use for smoky look and it doesn't melt... They have different color of pencils.. I don't remember how much it cost but it's reasonable price..

Artdeco eye pencils are pigmented neither if you use it as kohl or for your waterline.. Doesn't melt after awhile.. Easy to remove it..
